starting from setting a meeting with the specialized person from the third party with the office boy to learn the technique of green cleaning, the products to use and the products not to be used, then with the administrative regarding the green products prices and benefits, applying an air monitor to track the results, meeting with the employees to stop some unhealthy actions, ended up with the management to have a clear strategy in terms of the indoor air quality.

we commit to do and promote for green actions related to indoor air quality to enhance our performance and wellbeing; the record will be tracked in regular basis to make sure we are on track.

Our aim to maintain the sustainable environment by maximum recycling and through improved waste management and employee well being.

"The project is qualitative instead of quantitative. It benefitted HBK in both direct and indirect way to increase the productivity. Up lifted values and ethics The approach of most employees has been changed and strong bonding and teamwork culture is developed The project directed to comfortable, safe and secure work environment as well as living place. Recognition helped the employees to feel good about the organization People living with stable mental condition with job satisfaction. Number of resignation from job is drastically reduced. "The PMV -OM arranged the very first meeting regarding the improvement of employee wellbeing. After intensive discussion and feedback taken from all stake holders from the department, a permanent full time workers welfare officer has been deployed and task force was built. Following the meeting between task force members the improvement aspects are analyzed and targets are set up along with monitoring frequency Responsibilities has been briefed by PMV-OM to the dedicated task force members upon feedback from workers, all feasible improvement opportunities has been addressed."
We are working together with FIFA designated Supreme Committee for delivery and Legacy (SC) to scale another height in this employee wellbeing field. We recognized that employee wellbeing boosts productivity, performance and employee morale. When feeling well, employees display healthier behaviors and become better decision-maker. Employees feel more competent and valued when their needs are met at all levels, including physical, mental, and financial. So, will continue to upgrade our standard more to level it to the global standard.

"The objective of our health and wellness program is to ensure all our employees are fit for work. We have developed proactive health and wellness program that enable identification potential health issues in our stakeholders - before they result in serious medical conditions. ECG screening has been undertaken within Lamprell, and a total of 897 employees have completed ECG screening so far. 5 employees have been saved by the early detection of coronary abnormalities as part of their ECG screen and subsequently underwent life-saving heart surgeries."
"Our objective is to record zero deaths amongst our employees from cardiovascular diseases. This is included amongst other KPI’s set for the health and wellness program in Lamprell Energy Limited. The expectation from the initiative is that we will have improved health conditions of our employees which invariably reduces the number of sick leaves issued to employees and improves productivity and morale within the company. Other KPIs include 100% ECG screening of all applicable employees yearly while reducing 50% of sick leaves issued based on heart related concerns."
Proactive Health and Wellness Program
The Social element of the ESG encompasses how companies treat their employees. Employees are the drivers of processes and progress within organisation. As such, we have conducted surveys to get feedback from our employees on our health and wellbeing programs and the responses have been overwhelmingly positive. With the implementation of this initiative, employees are satisfied regarding attention given to their health by Lamprell Energy Limited and we have recorded a significant reduction of numbers of sick leaves issued to employees associated with heart conditions. With the reduced numbers of sick leave, productivity increased across projects in the facility while various project milestones achieved therefore improving client satisfaction. Our understanding is that a healthy employee is a productive employee, and a productive employee contributes to the overall company performance.
We believe strongly that there can’t be prosperity without people. Hence, the health of our people is of paramount importance to Lamprell. Our sustainability goal is to improve the value of Lamprell through the implementation of initiatives which bring environmental, social, and financial benefits.

"The Lamprell medical and HR departments are the main drivers of the health and wellness programs within Lamprell Energy Limited. The seamless coordination between these two departments in rolling out health and wellness programs and campaigns have tremendously benefitted employees in terms of knowledge about the prevalent health issues at workplace, those within the region and globally. Measures to adopt in prevention these illnesses are regularly outlined in health awareness sessions conducted by Lamprell or specialist third parties."
It is an ongoing project and considered as an integral part of our employee health screening program to improve the overall health and wellbeing of our people. ECG screening is used in conjunction with heart health awareness campaigns and support our employee exercise programs. One of the ESG performance metrics that we are tracking is the number of our employees with heart related issues yearly. Our target is zero deaths from cardiovascular diseases and with a robust proactive health and wellness program that is geared towards wellness of the heart, we are well placed to meet the target.
