Four phases over one programme year

  1. Registration

    The supporting bank or group invites its clients, subsidiaries or suppliers. Each company completes an ESG self-assessment.

  2. Coaching

    One-to-one sessions find the opportunities that fit each business: energy, water, waste, people and governance.

  3. Implementation

    Companies put projects in place with support from us and a panel of Success Partners.

  4. Showcasing

    Results are published in the programme yearbook and celebrated at a graduation event.
